| 2011 Chicken Cottage, Manchester The outlet located in Oldham, Greater Manchester was the setting for our first collaboration with Chicken Cottage, one of the UK's leading fried chicken franchise opportunities. With a newly extended menu and striking use of lime green, bold seating elements and designer shade lighting, the finished concept surpassed visual and business expectations. Using a colour palette of lime green, frost white and shaded grey's, the site under went a radical refurbishment with a limited budget and tight deadlines.
