| 2010 Vanilla Ice Cream & Cafe The Curry Mile in Manchester is synonymous with wall to wall take away's and restaurants fuelling the demand for after dinner lounges and dessert bars. Our take on what the location needed was Vanilla - a luxurious ice cream shop come cafe lounge serving 24 homemade ice cream flavours and a variety of cakes, cookies and everything in between. We were responsible for delivering the concept from scratch. Developing the brand identity, in store design and complete store fit out. We introduced a number of bespoke digital glass panels, taupe leather arm chairs and a rich corian counter that wraps round the serving area. We were also commissioned to develop the marketing materials for the ice cream store, such as the loyalty card and introduced the 'Charity Hot Chocolate' that donates 20% of sales to The Royal Manchester Children's Hospital Charity.
