2014 COCO's Grill House & Desserts COCO's Grill House & Desserts Cafe is set in the original Dicken Green Pub built in the 1960's. The original brief was to establish a buffet restaurant, but after careful market research, the owners agreed with our designers to develop a grill and dessert house. Lead Partner Usman Malik worked with the owners to develop the brand vision, interior design, menu concept and marketing campaign. Retail Mark also manufacturered the show piece display counters, restaurant furniture and wall panels. Our fit out team managed the project from start to finish and continue to work with the owners on their expansion plans.
