Cocos Grill House and Desserts offers a new dining experience in Rochdale. Initially earmarked to be a Indian buffet restaurant, Retailmark undertook extensive research which indicated that a grill house and dessert parlour would be successful.
Retailmark developed the concept from the menu items, branding, interior design and commercial fit out.
The results have exceeded the clients expectations. Retailmark provided direction from the initial marketing campaign through to suggesting key signature products.
Coco's is largely regarded as one of the most successful restaurants in Rochdale.
